Before that iBook (14.1 LCD, 2002) is my first notebook. The design of this iBook similar shape as the PowerBook (now MacBook Pro). The material is translucent case finish and translucent keyboard and has a more opaque finish. Look like pearl (below is macro photography. Hope you can see how does it look like). After iBook G3, the models from G4 till MacBook is plastic finish.

For me (Mac user since 1994) feel like missing something to bite. Now like PC keyboard.

Hope future an apple logo will be return back. That is Mac Culture.

This is the production photography. The concept is very easy tu. Before u start the shooting study the object 1st. See which part is the attractive part or selling point. Then take few angle.
Last but not least, the lighting is very important too. Lighting control can help the object more 3D.
