This program has 4 module:

Module 1: Our Business – Firstly, We must know who we are and what is our specific industry. We Junior Chamber fits into a very specific industry – non-profit industry. And how to measuring to success? The only true measurement for success in businesses is profit. All Non Profit Organizations started with a mission.

Module 2: Our Mission – Defining vision and mission statements. Vision is the dream and Mission describes what we need to do. Our organization JCI’s Vision & Mission:

VISION: To be the leading global network of young  active citizens.

MISSION: To provide and development opportunities that empower young people to create positive change.

The mission + vision + values = comprise the organizational philosophy.

Module 3: Our Branding –  The JCI Corporate Identity. The purpose of the branding is to create uniformity in the visual image of JCI’s large and diverse organization.

Tips for 3 elements of a successful Brand Strategy: clarity, consistency and authenticity.

Tips for 4 phases of Brand Development: defining, positioning, packaging and championing.

Module 4: Our Market – Understanding the different generations, the community group and level then target. “Word of mouth” is the powerful tool for marketing! Another thing which can’t miss out is don’t always empty promise to people = % of promises is for people to trust on you.
